Jilly was such a kind and caring loving person. She always there for me and happy to always listen to my problems. Jilly became apart of our family. She gave us our first job in child labour being paid in crisps and glasses of coke. She taught me how to pour my first pint. We had lovely family holidays together and lots of funny memories. Especially when she had one to many glasses of wine. She was like an other grandparent to me. We told her we adopted her into our family and was our foster mother and she didn’t have choice and she’s stuck with us forever now. We used to love winding her up and annoying her because that’s what kids do and she loved us more for it. Jilly took everyone under her wing when she had the Railway and was like mother to all of her customers. I loved her dearly with all my heart and she will be missed very much not just by me but by everyone that met her.
